Over the years we have had thousands of customer shipments that have gone to the four corners of the Earth. From here in the United States & Canada to Japan, Ethiopia, Brazil, the European community, Asia, Australia & many more.

During the last 30 years, we have only lost a single package. This outstanding record has been achieved by the high quality of our packaging procedures to insure the safe delivery of your collectibles.

This page is here to help you, the customer understand our procedures, as it is only when you are informed that you can make an educated decision about buying from us & making your shipping choices.

• For all Domestic BOX shipping we use United States Post Office supplies for Priority Mail box shipment with a delivery confirmation.
• For all ARTWORK shipping we use sturdy, flat cardboard sheets & inside plastic bagging with Priority Mail shipment and a delivery confirmation.
• All packages are insured by our business policy for full value once we ship except in the following cases.
• You ask specifically not to have any insurance claimed. In this case you waive all claims against Comic Art & Graffix Gallery & you, the customer bear full responsibility for the loss if the package does not arrive at your location for any reason.
• You are a Foreign, Canadian or Central American customer who asks that the package being shipped to you makes no declaration of value to customs & is not insured on the package. In this case you waive all claims against Comic Art & Graffix Gallery & you, the customer bear full responsibility for the loss if the package does not arrive at your location for any reason.
• Express Mail service & Federal Express shipping is available at extra costs. This cost is shipping charges + $15 to get your package shipped within 48 hours of ordering.
• We do not ship by United Parcel Service.
• All packages are shipped within 7-10 days of reciept of payment unless other arrangements are made. **
